“Bruno and Lucas did a phenomenal job painting my apartment. I had a small time frame for the job to be done, but they were highly flexible and communicative. They listened to my concerns and did a beautiful job at a fair price. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking to have paint work done in Somerville.”

“I had a positive experience getting an outdoor light installed by Manuel. I had replaced my outdoor lights that had already been installed, but the front of my house needed a light and there was no existing outlet. It needed new wiring, and I dreaded working with electricians - you hear horror stories about how expensive it can get and people doing bad jobs. I was very happy with this experience - the price was reasonable, the drywall that needed to be cut for the new wiring was repaired and painted well so it looks as good as new and the light outside of the house looks nice. When it was first installed, I did not like the location where it was installed - they had not grabbed me when it was time to cut the hole. I contacted them after and said I really didn't like the location; it needed to be about 8 inches lower and 6 inches to the left. To Manuel's credit, he readily agreed to move it and did not try to charge me any additional money to do this. I was happy that he was flexible in this way. The scheduling was a little chaotic, with our date changing a couple of times, but I was okay with that since I work from home and this wasn't immediately urgent. I would recommend Manuel and will use him for future work.”

“Worked with us on scheduling around family in town and other contractors in home ar sand time. Highly recommend”

“I hired Monroy’s Carpenters for a project on my farm, and they did an outstanding job. Their carpentry work is top-notch—everything was built strong, precise, and with great attention to detail. The team was reliable, hardworking, and clearly experienced. They understood exactly what I needed and delivered high-quality results that exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for skilled carpenters who take pride in their work, I highly recommend Monroy’s Carpenters. Great service and excellent craftsmanship!”

“Aldo is one of the hardest working contractors we have ever hired! He was easy to reach, always prompt and open to changes we made in the project. He often worked until there was no sun left. He built a beautiful deck for us and cared about the detail work because he really aims to please his clients. Aldo also has a cheerful personality to go with his skill set. His two employees were equally hard working.”

“N7 Construction was great to work with. Very responsive, provided options for cost and value. Work was completed in a timely manner. Outstanding quality and exactly what we wanted for the finished deck/entry way for our home.”
