“He was thorough with his review and did share his other capabilities as a Lic General Contractor. I will consider FLEX PROPERTIES for my future home improvement projects!!!! Thank you for allowing me to feel comfortable and to be able to exhale as a result of your expertise and professionalism! Best, Vanessa (Mattapan Homeowner)”

“Angel and his whole team are so professional and very hard working. They always come to the Job site very early morning and finish the job on time! They did garage framing, roofing and siding for us. All three are finished almost within a week. Good quality and very efficient. Very communicable and countable team!”

“Did an amazing job renovating two bathrooms and hallways for my multi family house , and fixing the abysmal work from a different contractor that nearly destroyed my bathroom . Kept clear communication on all work with my tenants and myself and completed the extensive work extremely quick even right after a snow storm . 5 out of 5 stars. Will be using them consistently from now on for anything involving renovation and construction.”

“I'd definitely recommend Aiko Framing to anyone looking for a reliable contractor.”

“Great work finishing balusters!”
