“HVAC team : Trevor, Zack, Tanner, Justin & June showed up bright & early to dispose & install 2 new HVAC systems in our home. They were punctual with time, professional in their work & did it in 2 days. Cleaned up after their project & was out of the house just as fast as they came in. Lance, our electric technician also came in & did his thing, got our electricity back up after 1.5 years of living with less than half of the outlets in the house working. We are now sitting in our home enjoying our AC & all the outlets working, just grateful we found the right people for the job. We are also having Maverick rewire our whole house in the next couple weeks too. Thank you Anthony & Maverick Team for the great work that you guys do!”

“Great quality of work, kindness, value, professionalism, punctuality, and responsiveness. Rebate up front and facilitating the inspections on our high efficiency electric heat pump they installed to replace a failing gas system.”

“The first time was to set an appointment to have my HVAC looked at as I recently moved into this home and it seems to be underperforming. Stephanie was great not only with her information but a personality on the phone was just above and beyond what I typically used to. Unfortunately I have other expenses to deal with given a new home not to mention a new car but the point is that I did have to cancel all of the estimates and other technicians from all the companies that we're going to come out. Only one business bother to take the time to circle back with me to see if there were other things that I could possibly have done that could help keep my house cool as a temporary stopgap until such time as I could afford a replacement system. That business was Bonney, and that person was Stephanie. And once again Stephanie took the time to walk through all the options with me and even was able to build a more personal relationship by the way she managed the conversation. In all honesty, that alone would drive my business to Bonney because I felt as though I not only was being heard but I was also being cared about. She told me that she enjoys her job she loves talking to people getting to know people, and that helping people, more than anything else, is her greatest motivation. The fact that by just a couple conversations she's already won a future customer makes whatever she's being paid more than worth it and probably deserves more than she's getting paid. Having lead customer service teams in the past someone like this is worth their weight in gold and the biggest mistake they often make is promoting or to position which is no longer dealing with customers. I would instead ensure that they were doing what they enjoy but also helping new employees become just as valuable. I'm rambling now, but I just wanted to give Stephanie a gigantic thumbtack shout out!”

“Judah provided excellent service and was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the work was completed properly. I appreciated his attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend Judah and Derek Sawyer Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical to anyone looking for reliable service.
