“Julian was on time as promised, went right to work assessing the problem. A new hose was needed to replace old flex hose connecting dishwasher to sink plumbing, so he quickly went and purchased the correct hose and installed it. It works great now and no leaks. I did purchase the annual maintenance contract, which gives me some discount on any further work or repairs needed. Julian is very knowledgeable and knew exactly where the problem was; he did have to pull out the dishwasher to detach the defective hose and reconnect the new one. Then he made the connection back to the sink plumbing.”
