“Today a new replacement furnace was fitted and installed. Im very grateful to have found this company to do this work. The sales representative, Michael was amazing so helpful and informative. The installers, Kenneth and Rayy were amazing performing all the needed work to fit and install a new furance and then taking time to explain the work in detail. Im so happy to have had this job done by Straight Shooter Heating and Cooling!Thank you Michael, Kenneth and Rayy”

“after consulting with 3 different companies, Cool Guys found the furnace unplugged and the blower capacitor outside of the unit and not wired to the motor. It appeared as if someone tried to repair but stopped they installed a new capacitor and verified the blower and control operated. they also inspected the AC unit and found the High voltage power turned off. they FIX IT!”

“I cannot say enough amazing things about these guys! Jayden and Nic have been 5 stars across the board, from the initial installation to every maintenance visit since. We genuinely look forward to seeing them every time they come out. They are the true definition of professionalism. Their knowledge and technical skills are outstanding, and they always present themselves with courtesy and respect. What impresses us most is the patience they have in taking the time to explain everything and making sure we fully understand how to operate and manage our system before they leave. Its rare to find technicians who are not only experts at what they do but also genuinely care that their customers feel confident and informed. Jayden and Nic consistently go above and beyond, and we couldnt recommend them more highly. They are an incredible asset to the company! (And the bunnies like them)”
