“A Great first impression and very well-run business! I had originally found they great folks on Thumbtack; after reading about the very positive reviews they have on Thumb Tack, I decided to give them a try as I was looking for a very affordable solution to my previous HVAC Installer and Maintenance service company. Straight Shooter was very accommodating with scheduling availability. I booked an appt and received a few text messages for confirmation of service date an a reminder 24 prior to the appt date. (Love it when Communication works) Aaron called about 30 minutes in advance to make sure I was home and advised that he would be arriving in about 15-20 Which was right in line with the 11:00-12:00 appt time. I was more than impressed with Aaron's professionalism and knowledge, he asked me a few questions and then he dove right into the service and inspection he made some very helpful mentions about some option items that could be added to my system after I explained that my wife sufferer from allergies and keeping the air quality in our home was important. Aaron explained how each alternative item could enhance the air quality Absolutely ("ZERO" Pressure to do anything beyond the scope of what was discussed for this service visit. I truly appreciated that as I think most people would. We all know the SHYSTERS in this industry and these folks are not part of that mentality. These folks are more about capturing a customer and maintaining a long-term positive relationship with the people they serve. Straight Shooter is all in their name because that was the experience I received and I'm sure you will as well. "It's how they run their business" Props to Aaron! Great job sir, I very much appreciated the time and service you provided you're truly a solid professional backed by honesty and integrity! Many Blessings and prosperity to you and Straight Shooter going forward.”

“Fantastic job to cool guys! Professional, on time, great quality. I would highly recommend them for a new HVAC installation.😎”

“Having been in the need of a new AC Condenser, I contacted Tytum to see what options they would propose. I mentioned a heat pump given that I also have solar panels. Within 24 hours, I got an estimate with 2 options. Once my choice was made, we agreed on an installation date within a few days, and the team arrived as planned around 8am to start the job. The installation team was focused and worked without breaks throughout the day. Unfortunately, they realized too late that my system had 2 zones, but they were able to correct this the very next day. The Carrier system that was installed works perfectly now, and I can't wait to test the heating option during the winter months. I have a 2100sqft 2 story home- 4Tons Carrier heatpump system.”

“They were very professional and honest about the work that needed to be done. They did not try to upsell at all! They recommend a new furnace after a full inspection instead of charging us for a cleaning on a unit and ducts that were too old. Very trustworthy and hard working. They did not charge for coming to look at the vents and investigate the furnace.”

“I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs their ducts or dry vent cleaned.”

“Dell-Mora Heating and Air were top notch. Mike basically fixed what another company messed up and installed a new AC unit. Literally went out of his way to fix the furnace when he didnt have to. Mike was honest, super knowledgeable and never tried to upsell me on anything. You can tell Mike truly cares about his business and profession. Thank you!”
