“Matt has been servicing my system for the past several years. I find him to be very honest and upfront with regards to potential problems and preventative maintenance. Cook’s services my unit every six months and I have been very happy with the company and especially Matt. Charisse has always been very helpful as well. I highly recommend Cook’s A/C”

“Good price on a replacement heat pump. Saved 3K over other estimates. Showed on time and took their time installing with easy financing. You are a fool if you do not at least get their price.”

“Look forward to working with Creeks keeping my new system maintained for the coming years. Highly recommended.”

“Responded on very short notice on a weekend and was able to fix the problem fast at a reasonable price. Would recommend.”

“Caden came out to do an inspection. Very professional and knowledgeable. Patiently explained the process and repairs needed. Coordinated with management team on getting repairs done quickly. Excellent service.”

“From the initial phone call to schedule a service call, through the replacement process the team took the time to help, educate and install our new system. Repairing or fixing an air conditioning is a huge investment, and I found the team here to be trustworthy And patient with us. Yandy took the time and explored every possible option to fix our system before recommending replacement. I respected his professionalism and never felt as if I was being “sold“ anything. Yandy was willing to take several phone calls with me to explain my replacement options. Instead of selling, he asked a lot of questions to help determine what was right for my family. The install team Were efficient at getting the job done and took great care of my home and cleaned up after themselves. Perfect experience with this company and highly recommend!!”
