“Josh was professional and knowledgeable. He was very patient in answering questions and explaining what was wrong. Would highly recommend.”

“From start to finish, Vicente Industries was excellent. Vicente was knowledgeable, straightforward, and never tried to upsell me. He took the time to understand the issues with my home, explained my options clearly, and gave me a very fair price for new ductwork, insulation, and a complete HVAC system. The installation was clean, professional, and done right. Communication was great, everything promised was completed, and they left the property clean when finished. It’s refreshing to work with a contractor who takes pride in his work and treats the customer fairly. Highly recommend. 5 stars.”

“Joe and his team came out after we had ongoing issues with a new HVAC system that was installed by another company. They have been taking care of warranty-related issues and correcting problems from the original installation. Their sense of ownership, troubleshooting ability, and commitment to doing the job right have been a breath of fresh air.Joe came highly recommended, and I understand why. He responded quickly, took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of simply plugging in a scan tool and replacing parts, and found the actual root cause. The repair was completed correctly the first time.If youre looking for someone who values craftsmanship, understands HVAC systems at a high level, and genuinely stands behind their work, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Joe and his team.”
