“Thanks to Ernie from Comfort Kings Heating & Cooling, Inc. He thoroughly inspected why the air conditioner wasn't working and offered a choice of four solutions to the problem (in a very comfortable, no-pressure manner). He then fixed it quickly. The pricing is reasonable—right in line with market averages. Highly recommended.”

“James and the team were great with doing annual maintenance on my a/c unit. A new condenser fan was needed. They ordered and had install within a couple of days. Team was professional and got the job done within a couple of hours.”

“Josh was professional and knowledgeable. He was very patient in answering questions and explaining what was wrong. Would highly recommend.”

“Working with the Gary Air team was about as good as it gets - highly recommend. Honest assessment of my current systems, reviewing options, selecting new systems that address my issues and needs (humidity control), professional install, being patient and answering all of my questions, going the extra mile to make sure everything was set up properly, navigating unexpected challenges (existing wiring), etc.I ended up going with two 18.2 SEER communicating systems and I am glad I stepped up to better equipment. It's easy to want to save money on a large expense, but when you're talking about systems that control the comfort of your home - don't make the choice based on short term decision making...think bigger picture and long term.Highly recommend the Gary Air team!”

“Thanks go out to Ashley R., Chris W., my installation crew (Brandon, Hector & Miguel) who just finished updating my AC System to Daikin! I knew Ashley R. for several yrs & she often remarked what a terrific company she worked for. I now wholeheartedly agree. When something went wrong? Ashley R. was who I immediately called. From there, less than 48 hours later - all my problems were solved w/the finest equipment, a sales explanation easily understood w/no pressure & a delightful installation team. This is how companies are supposed to treat customers. Thank you to all!”

“The technicians came in diagnosed the issue and tested other aspects of the problem. They were able to correct all the problems the system was having. The HVAC Unit has had an issue for 5 months. It's fixed now. They were sympathetic, educated and courteous. I totally refer them.Laura Schmidt”
