“I was very pleased with the service I received from Pillar Heating and Cooling. My tech Jacob called and notified me that he was on the way. This helped me know when he would arrive so I didn’t have to sit around guessing when he would show up. Jacob was professional and he explained everything he was doing. He checked and service my unit. He took his time to make sure everything was working properly. This made me feel comfortable that my heater will be ready for the winter season. He will return again in Spring for another Tune-up. I highly”

“The guys were very professional. Darnell and Byron did a good job installing my window shutters and Juan did a good job repairing my fence.”

“**Review for Cochran Complete Services**I recently had the pleasure of working with Cochran Complete Services for the installation of a new heat pump and air conditioning system, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out.Initially, I was thrilled with the affordable pricing they offered compared to other companies in the area. The team arrived promptly on installation day, ready to tackle the job with expertise and enthusiasm. However, as luck would have it, we encountered a manufacturing issue with the heat pump. While this could have been a hassle, the crew at Cochran Complete Services handled it like pros. They assured me that they would resolve the issue quickly, and to my surprise, the very next morning, they were back at my home ready to reinstall everything. Their commitment to getting it right was evident, and they worked efficiently to ensure that the job was completed without any additional delays. Now that everything is up and running, I can say with confidence that the system is working beautifully! The temperature in my home is perfect, and I can already feel the difference in comfort. If you're looking for a reliable HVAC service that puts their customers firstlook no further than Cochran Complete Services. Their team is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about ensuring your home is comfortable and up to standard. Thank you, Cochran team, for a job well done! A special shout out to Jason, the scheduling manager, and the two guys that worked on my system. I Highly recommend!”
