“He installed a central air unit in the summer and when I turn the heat on something was banging through the ventilation system. I called them up and he came over early in the morning. We went into the crawl space and discovered a flap that was inside one of the vents. It must have been installed when they built the house. He removed it, and problem solved!!!!”
