“I had an excellent experience with Teng from Home Care Heating and Air. I couldnt be more impressed with the level of service he provided.Teng was extremely professional from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all of my questions without rushing, and made sure I fully understood what was going on. What really stood out was how courteous and respectful he was ,not just doing the job, but genuinely caring about making sure everything was done right. Its not often you come across someone who combines technical skill with such a positive attitude and attention to customer care. Teng went above and beyond, and it made the entire experience stress-free.I highly recommend both Teng and Home Care Heating and Air to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and truly customer-focused service.”

“Our A/C stopped working during that unexpected 85-degree day in April, and after a service tech confirmed the refrigerant had leaked out, we knew the time had finally come to replace the system. Peak came out to give us a quote for a new A/C unit and also recommended replacing the furnace at the same time.I spoke with Andrew and Pat about the pros and cons of replacing just the A/C versus doing both systems together. They were incredibly patient with all of my questions and provided clear, professional answers throughout the process. Since I work in the trades myself, I pay close attention to customer service and workmanship and Peak absolutely delivered on both.I couldnt be happier with the work they did. The installation was professional, the communication was excellent, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Peak to anyone needing furnace or air conditioning service or replacement. Thanks again, guys! Chris”
