“We ended up getting a new hot water heater. They arranged to have it installed the same day of assessment. We truly appreciate their service to us.”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr Rich for my water heater replacement and I couldn’t e more impressed. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism was clear. He was punctual, respectful and took the time to explain everything clearly. The quality of his work was exceptional. Mr Rich diagnosed the problem quickly and handled the replacement efficiently, leaving no mess behind. He actually made the garage look cleaner. It’s very clear he takes pride in his craftsmanship. What stood out the most was the value. The pricing was very fair, especially considering the level of service and attention to detail provided. No hidden fees or unnecessary upselling, just honest quality work. If you’re looking to support local, reliable, skilled plumber who truly cares about his customers, I highly recommend Mr Rich. I will definitely be calling them again for any plumbing needs.”
