“Communication was smooth, and he worked efficiently to complete the furnace installation. We appreciate his cooperation and dedication to getting the job done.”

“Was honest and worked super fast to get us a new furnace. Really appreciate the honesty and communication that Jordan has.”

“This time, we called because our furnace was no longer working, it would click on and off for a few seconds. They were able to send Bradley the very next day, and he quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I really appreciate how knowledgeable he is and that he takes the time to explain what’s wrong and answer any questions I have.”

“Octavin was extremely professional and personable. He arrived on time and was very honest. While doing maintenance on my condenser to inspect what could be going on with my system he found an issue and came to talk to me about it, then after double checking his own work the issue basically fixed itself and he came to tell me with extreme surprise. He didn’t do the work anyway even though it would make more money, he didn’t cheat me, he came inside to tell me. This honesty is why I will request him and contact Assured Quality any time I need HVAC work done.”
