“From start to finish, David was professional and quick. He was able to check out our system in less than 12 hours after calling for a quote and recommend services that were needed. He gave us plenty of options and we trusted him from the beginning to do the large job of installing a new HVAC system. The work was completed in a timely manner and the temperature of our house has been the best its ever been. We highly recommend this company. Family owned, trustworthy, and loyal. Don't hesitate to contact him for all your cooling and heating needs.”

“Michael Defeis from Oceanview Heating was very thorough in his evaluation of air balancing issues and overall HVAC diagnosis. I really appreciate his puncuality and professionalism as well. Looking forward to continuing working with his team.”

“Really happy with the job completed for us! Cleaned out a dryer vent and installed a better dryer vent. Thank you!”

“Really impressed with 5 Star Charleston. They came the other day and replaced my heaters thermostat. Now it heats up quick and doesnt shut off randomly. Didnt cost much either, felt like a solid deal for the work they did.”

“We were comfortable our house was cooling but we had some water issues from our system. This issue seem to keep coming back every summer we try to use the unit. We had some other pros come out to check the issue with the system and we found that we couldn’t seem to get an answer on why our unit was sweating a lot up in the attic. Tried different things but it seems to still sweat really bad and cause water to build up. Devaunte came out and performed his checks and gave us some different options. We ended up getting a dehumidifier installed and we couldn’t be more happier with the job. The house doesn’t feel as muggy and the a/c still works like it previously did. We really appreciate the timing on everything that was done. He was able to come on the same day that we called him which is a big help for us being that we have a very busy and tight schedule. The job was cheaper almost $3,000 cheaper than the other companies prices. We definitely recommend this company for any of your a/c needs this will be the only company we use from here on out. Very nice young man.”
