“On the same day, Everton Russell and Ami Pineda came out to install the new water heater. Ami explained how to control the temperature of the water heater. Both technicians worked quickly and removed the old water heater safely out of the basement. We appreciated Benjamin Franklin Plumbing’s professionalism when it came to communication by texting us a detailed description of each person who would be coming out to the house and when they would arrive. The communication also gave a brief background of each of the service technicians as well. BFP sent a thorough breakdown of the costs with pics via email. We are very satisfied with the new water heater and will be seeing BFP each year for the annual flush & checkup as part of the warranty.
