“Val was punctual, fast, and very professional. He quickly diagnosed our fridge issue (bad compressor) and gave a straightforward breakdown of our situation. He laid out our choices objectively, whether to go through with the repair or look at good replacement models, without pushing us one way or the other. He even took the time to measure the exact specs of our cabinet cutout so we knew what would fit. Great service, honest communication, and zero pressure. Highly recommend him and his business!”

“Ben went completely over the top by pulling out the internal furnace components to physically show me the buildup before doing a thorough job cleaning them. To top it all off, he even checked my dryer vent and cleared out a hidden bird's nest that was a total fire hazard! It is so rare to find that level of honesty, hard work, and dedication. I highly recommend Ben and this company!”
