“Blissful Catering was hired to provide food and bartending services for my husbands 40th birthday. The food, setup, bartender, drinks, responsiveness and delivery were exceptional! We didn't get enough serving utensils for all the food, but the bartender was able to provide a few extra tongs. Also, there was a mixup of what package I had ordered in the days prior to the event, but Sheree went above and beyond to mitigate that by offering a partial refund and providing extra food. All in all, everything was a smashing success!”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience for our wedding! The food was absolutely delicious, everything was beautifully prepared, and the service was outstanding. They helped make our special day even more memorable, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how great everything was. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and care truly made a difference. We are so grateful for their part in making our wedding day perfect! If you’re looking for a wedding caterer who goes above and beyond, we highly recommend them. Thank you for helping make our day so special!”

“Joe Merchanthouse is an outstanding chef who is also so personable to the unique needs of his clients. We live in Texas, but my sister and her husband in Louisville were both recuperating from illnesses. Thumbtack and Mr. Joe came to our rescue. I was immediately matched up with the services Mr. Joe provided. My sister went on and on about how delicious the meal was and the way it was served in their home. Most certainly we will be calling on Mr. Joe again for our family's catering needs in Louisville. Sincerely, Rita Rose”

“This review is long overdue. I used him for a dinner at a vacation rental in Lexington for my brother’s 50th birthday. He was absolutely amazing coming up with creative, fun dishes that I thought my brother would enjoy. He was so accommodating. He also made a vegetarian option for both my nephew and myself. We had a party of 10 and the price was very reasonable. The food was exceptional, the flavor was amazing and the best part was that he did all the prep work and cleanup while we enjoyed the food. I cannot recommend this chef enough!! You are in for a treat for your palate if you hire him!!”
