“Excellent professional work and customer service by Dimitri, reasonable price. I did my homework, researched water heaters and the cost of installation and taking away the old unit. I was satisfied with the estimate and the high reviews for this company also helped in my decision. Dimitri is very knowledgeable and installed the new water heater, new fittings and the new code required thermal expansion tank. I recommend Carolina Smart Plumbing and will use this company again in the future.”

“Fernando installed a whole house water filter for me. He was responsive to messages, came out in 1 day to quote the project, and came back the next day to install on my schedule. The installation was perfect, neat, included a bypass, insulated and cleaned up afterwards. I’ll use his service again and would highly recommend him.”

“Wow, I'm thoroughly impressed. The inspector of our house said there was a leak from our tankless water heater. We asked Option One Plumbing to come out and give us an estimate. Shannon arrived even a little early and looked at the water heater and saw that the condensation pipe had fallen out. She replaced the pipe and said that the moisture was normal and even expected with a Navien condensing tankless water heater. She was extremely nice and very professional. AND she didn't even charge me anything!! I'll be keeping Option One Plumbing in my list of contacts for anything related to plumbing in the future.”

“Great job installing my kitchen faucet and shower heads. Also came back to fix a leak in the water line of the new kitchen faucet and installed a laundry sink. Happy with all the work and time they took to make sure everything was right.”
