“I would recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom or any type of home improvement.”

“We chose Ivy Contractors to turn our garage into an ADU. They were really easy to work with. In our first meeting they showed us example 3D renderings and real-life photos of what they had made for other clients. We really liked the ideas that they showed us and also the fact they were digitally-oriented, as we had already started our “vision” in 3D in Sketch-up. We gave their architect our design ideas and he turned it into drawings with all the necessary adjustments and details that they worked with our city to approve and then they continued working with the city for each inspection. The contract was very simple but thorough, with payments scheduled for each phase completed. We also really liked having the project details in one big group text-a simple but effective approach. The packaged concept of kitchen cabinets and flooring options we could choose kept the process streamlined, but we were able to bring in our own adjustments such as a big sliding wall. We also liked working with their interior and exterior designers, picking out colors and tile and bathroom cabinets and fixtures etc. who rendered it all in 3D for us. Every project has its hiccups but everything was always quickly addressed, and also Ivy was proactive catching problems too. The result was something spectacular in our humble opinion. In fact, when people in the neighborhood walk by, they are very complimentary and say things like “You did it right!””

“I didn’t realize I could find remodeling services on thumbtack- As a new homeowner, I was nervous about remodeling but Zack was very patient and led me thru my first project. He pays good attention to detail and I am very satisfied with my remodel. My house is slowly but surely transforming!! He has done my flooring, my master suite by combining two smaller bedrooms, fencing, and my backyard!! Highly recommend”

“Nathan is an exceptional contractor whose quality of work truly went above and beyond my expectations. From the very beginning, he demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and a genuine commitment to ensuring that the project was completed to the highest standard. He took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process, offering a clear breakdown of the materials, labor, and, most importantly, the reasoning behind each cost. This level of transparency made me feel confident that I was making informed decisions throughout the project. What sets Nathan apart is his ability to listen and understand exactly what I wanted. He carefully considered my ideas and vision, making sure every detail aligned with what I was trying to convey in my head. His attention to detail and craftsmanship were evident in every aspect of the work, and the final result exceeded anything I could have imagined.”

“prices are the best I found, without downgrading in quality, the pictures speak for themselves.Recently bought a house in West Hills, and needed full remodeling, floor to ceiling, and outdoor. The experience they have makes it easier to find solutions to any issues that occur, from plumbing to electrical, and design of course. Rachel has a huge list of sources for beautiful features for any style and great designing eye, so without her I would be lost in the sea of possibilities online, which saved me a lot of time and money.Remodeling can be an awful experience, and after working with Locali Builders, and hearing horror stories from friends who are dealing with unresolved issues months after, I appreciate them even more.Highly recommended!”

“I would recommend this company for someone looking for a stair remodel.”
