When I called and ask to replace them with correct 4-in rollers, they promised that Adam would contact me. A week passed, but nobody called. Still waiting... UPDATE: After receiving the above review, the company responded promptly. Adam came the same day and installed the proper rollers for the garage door. Therefore, the rating goes up to 4 stars.
