“We chose to manage our project ourselves due to previous bad outcomes / poor experiences with general contractors in the valley. That adds a little complexity for an architect, but Stefan worked through those challenges. It's clear he treats every client with the same care and respect, no matter if it's a preferred GC or homeowner seeking to engage. We're about to break ground on the project in a few weeks. For now I'm just going to post the picture on the front of our permit set - but will be sure to update along the way! Highly recommend Mikado to anyone.”

“The restoration company I contracted with to dry out the soaked areas then referred me to AVHR REMODELING to do the repair work on the walls, vanity, and carpet. After another company removed asbestos in the bottom 2 feet of drywall around the bathroom, AVHR repaired the drywalls, repaired the vanity, and employed an expert carpet-layer to install new carpet. I was VERY pleased with the excellent information and service provided by the AVHR owners. They were prompt in contacting me and in answering all my questions. The work done on the walls, vanity repair, and carpeting was completed by very personable and expert workers, and all the work was supervised by one of the owners. Fortunately, my insurance company paid the cost of all these repairs. I would highly recommend AVHR Repairs for their service and excellent customer relations.”

“Arison Construction built an addition for us which consisted of a kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room in a 1925, railroad home, close to the University of Arizona. Remodels especially in old homes can be demanding, which Mr. Leyva handled well, with excellent results, all this within budget. I am still using his services at this time for other projects.”
