“They were very professional and very detailed. Excellent communicator and they take pride in the work they do. Alex was a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend them to all.”

“I have not written many reviews on thumbtack but definitely want to review this one. I hired elite bay for converting a big hall space into 2 bedrooms with permit in my rental property. The quote was quite competitive and Jimmy started and finished on time which was really pleasant surprise for me because most contractors start on time but delay towards tail end. He is super fast in getting his team get stuff done without compromising on quality. We had 3 inspections by city and all passed with no corrections which was quite relief and saved tons of time. Jimmy is super responsive and answers any questions within minutes which is so great that you are never in dark about your project. He was very transparent right from the beginning and is very calm and composed in conversation which is really a big thing when working on remodel projects. And best of all, I never had to supervise any thing as i live miles away and I was only stopping by during inspections. So that was tons of time savior for me and peace of mind. For any one looking to get quality work done with peace of mind and in time, I higly recommend EBHI. When I sell thi house, I have bigger remodel project in mind and I would be hiring them again since I am very pleased with their work.”

“He was very responsive and easy to work with. We had a few small issues and he always dealt with them right away. Project was completed quickly and on time. I’d work with them again.”

“We recently expanded our home by adding a new room and bath, completely remodeled our kitchen, and upgraded our flooring. Opting for Tech Line for these renovations was undoubtedly the best decision we made. From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations. Punctuality was their hallmark, completing the project within the estimated timeframe they provided. Their responsiveness was exceptional, they patiently addressed all our inquiries and provided insightful guidance throughout the process. Their attention to detail was remarkable, ensuring every aspect, no matter how minor, was impeccably taken care of. Tech Line's expertise not only guided us in material selection but also offered invaluable suggestions at every juncture. Their commitment to quality and rapid response time is commendable. Without hesitation, we wholeheartedly recommend Tech Line for any home improvement needs. They have undoubtedly earned our trust, and we will enthusiastically turn to them for any future projects, as well as gladly refer them to others seeking top-notch craftsmanship and service.”

“We recently hired Ari from Electra Construction for a room expansion, a full-home remodel, and a small ADU that we now use as an office. Ari and his team were professional, reliable, and easy to work with throughout the project. Everything turned out beautifully, and we’re very happy with our newly remodeled home. We highly recommend Ari and his team!”

“Great experience working with Frank, Nathan, Jonathan, and the Guardian team. They were all super responsive and communicative throughout the process. Their team built our home office, painted four of our rooms, and did some electrical, including adding recessed lights. Throughout construction, their team requested check-in’s to make sure we were happy, and asked lots of questions and provided guidance + potential solutions when needed. They were also pretty clean. I was originally concerned about how much dust and noise there would be because my husband and I planned on living and working from the house throughout construction. However, it ended up being very manageable for my husband and me. Their team came and left about the same time everyday, laid down plastic and paper to keep the floors clean, closed doors to limit noise, and vacuumed at the end of their day so there was a good routine for this ten day project. It was helpful to communicate how much communication we wanted and when we were busy. Really smooth. Lastly, their team came around to do a final inspection. There were 2 super small dings on the wall and carpet. Their team jumped into action and are getting those cleaned and fixed. It was a good experience and we would recommend working with Guardian Construction again.”
