Katherine Alas says, “My experience with and his company was great !I had a kitchen project done by them and these guys did it exactly as I asked for. From the first meeting with Michael, I have been happy with my choice of this construction company.I love the final outcome and would strongly recommend them to anyone that is looking to remodel the kitchen!!”
Pamela P. says, “They identified the problem correctly the first time, did not try to offer just a "patch job" as some contractors had. They also made sure to repair the wall where the rain water had gotten in, and made it water tight.
They offered a reasonable price for the work as compared to others. At all time the Luis and his crew were hardworking, polite and handled my questions and concerns with courtesy and patience. Luis and the most experienced members of the crew also took extra time to consider the best options for replacing the corner 4x4 post, given previous owners had done a poor job, and took extra time looking for materials and replacement panels for an outdated wall paneling that had been removed before they took the job. They also worked with me some on the prices of problem areas that came up during the work
When I observed the quality of their work, I added on some work too, requiring interior painting and outside stucco repair of a few cracks.
They were very tolerant of the fact that I live in a Senior Community with an HOA that required a permit from the city. We had to reschedule because of a delay in obtaining the required paperwork to satisfy the HOA.
Overall, I am very pleased with their work, and plan on using them again in the near future on another project I have.
Their crew was also professional and punctual during their work here.”

Michael S. says, “Ilan went above and beyond to be available at any time of day. When hiccups occurred(as always in construction) he was there immediately to offer a solution and make it even better!”
Rivka H. says, “They’ve officially become my go-to contractor. Our most recent project was a bathroom remodel, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I was looking for something unique, and Barak suggested a microcement finish. As a certified installer, he took the time to explain the material and the process, which really gave me confidence in the decision. Working alongside the designer was seamless, and the final result turned out absolutely beautiful. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Barak is honest, a great communicator, and someone you can truly trust. Thank you again for such great work!”
Tyler W. says, “My Experience with Darrell as the project manager was more than expected and this was my first time working with a contractor for a project.
He was attentive, listened to my wants and needs, and we figured out the best way to get what I want within my budget.”
Thumbtack U. says, “I met with several contractors prior to making the decision to go with Golden Shore Design & Build. In meeting with the Project Manager, Petra, during the initial consultation to discuss costs/budget and after reviewing photos of their previous work, I decided they matched what I was looking for. From the start, I felt that Petra was honest and set realistic expectations about the process, which I really appreciated. I also appreciated that Golden Shore held my hand throughout the process, with Petra recommending tile vendors, accompanying me to look at materials, and picking up materials (thanks to her husband, Alex). Although I chose not to purchase materials from the recommended vendors, it was very helpful in the decision making process to be able to compare. Although the construction process had a few challenges (what construction doesn’t?) working with the HOA and plumbing work, Petra was communicative throughout and mitigated any problems that came up. Petra’s attention to detail ensured that everything ran smoothly, coordinating with the various contractors and ensuring the project stayed on schedule. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, Petra was there every step of the way, providing her professional expertise, guidance and support. The team was also incredibly professional and attentive to detail, ensuring that every aspect was executed to perfection. Their work is outstanding and they were able to transform my outdated bathroom into a stylish and modern space! Overall, I highly recommend Golden Shore Design & Build for any bathroom renovation project – they exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely work with them again and trust they would do a fantastic job.”
