Eshel and Ali struck me as a good team the first time they walked through my place, and the work Happy Bay did bore that out.After work was complete I discovered a pretty bad scratch in the flooring. Their response was, 'of course we'll fix it,' and they did. Within about a week, they bought another box of my flooring and two of the guys came out and replaced the damaged boards. I had already paid in full so you could imagine a contractor just disappearing on you. Not only did they not disappear, they've been out since to complete a minor repair and reiterated that if there's anything else to let them know. I particularly appreciate that they stand behind their work.”
