“His attention to detail and thorough understanding of general contracting made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Daniel and his team demonstrated a strong work ethic, always showing up on time and ensuring that each stage of the project was completed with precision. The quality of craftsmanship was impressive, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. What stood out the most was Daniel’s willingness to listen to my concerns and offer practical, budget-friendly solutions without compromising on quality. I highly recommend Clarity Construction Service for any general contracting needs—Daniel delivers outstanding results with integrity and care.”

“When we bought our 1970s fixer-upper, we knew we had a massive undertaking ahead of us, but finding the right general contractor felt daunting. We chose Skybar Construction after interviewing four different companies, and it was hands down the best decision we made. From our initial walkthrough, Anthony stood out. He didnt just nod along; he offered realistic structural advice, caught potential load-bearing complications early, and broke down the cost projections line by line. Over the six-month gut renovation, Anthony and his crew completely transformed the house: removing partition walls for an open floor plan, rewiring the electrical, installing hardwood throughout, and finishing every room with immaculate trim work. What impressed us most was the communication. If an unexpected pipe or outdated framing issue came up, Anthony called with solutions and clear pricing before taking a single step forward. The job site was swept daily, the subcontractors were respectful, and we moved in right on schedule. If you want a builder who treats your home like his own, call Anthony at Skybar.”

“The contract was reasonable and everything was explained prior to the work and competed in the timely manner. I would highly recommend Devon and his team.”

“Great for a one-time job - Antonio is initially very responsive and his crew does good work. They were quick to come by and do a yard clean-up. However, while I was pleased with their initial work, when it comes to regular maintenance services, I found that Antonio was less responsive after securing the initial job and not reliable for long-term engagement. I had been quoted a higher initial price for the first clean-up job compared to other contractors and despite this I went with Antonio, because he had promised more affordable regular maintenance pricing for future services. Had I known that the responsiveness and reliability would fall off after the initial job, I would have gone with another gardener. I would dock them down further to 3 stars for the lack of accountability for gardening maintenance but given that the initial clean-up was promptly done, I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt.”

“We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent team to remodel their home and definitely would use them on future projects.”

“I should also note that both my wife and I come from family that are in the general construction trade and have flipped several homes and we have done mostly all of our own work, but Eulises is work is superior to our and gives very fair pricing that we feel very confident and comfortable with. We really cannot say enough about how pleasant Eulises’s himself is and how amazing his work is. Hope the before and after pictures (just including the bathrooms) help someone out there, as you can see our baths were really bleh & we love the marble! Thank you Eulises so much for the excellent work!!! -Matt”
