“We started with an unfinished basement covered almost entirely in cement and now I have my dream room. Extremely happy with the final results:)”

“Anthony and Kelli are an amazing team. I did my kitchen remodeling with them and now I will be doing a full remodeling. They are super professional, clean, detailed, personable, and the list goes on. I highly recommend them. I had contacted 3 other pros here and Anthony was the most honest and up front.”

“Strong structural contractor for major renovations, plans, and full finishes We hired Devco for a very large, complex renovation that included architectural plans, engineering, full permitting, and converting the home into two legal units. The project began in June 2024 and is now wrapping up punch‑list items. This was far more than a cosmetic remodel—it involved structural corrections, foundation work, seismic bolting, new systems, and coordinating with the City throughout the process. Devin and his team handled the heavy structural scope well. Underpinning, new foundation sections, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, framing, and major system upgrades were all completed as needed. Devco also managed the plans and permitting process smoothly, which was a major part of the project. In addition to the structural work, Devco completed all the interior and exterior painting, all new windows, both kitchens and bathrooms, finishes, appliances, and the installation of electric fireplaces. We worked together throughout the project to plan the finishes, and the team was flexible and collaborative as decisions evolved. As with most large renovations that span many months and involve significant structural work, some finish‑level items needed touch‑ups once the major work was complete. Devin has been responsive in addressing the items we’ve identified, and we appreciate the follow‑through. Overall, Devco is a strong choice for projects that involve structural work, foundation corrections, engineering coordination, and full‑scope renovations. We’re happy with the transformation of the property and grateful for the effort the team put into getting it across the finish line.”

“Actually we loved working with Eulises so much that we had him do additional work (opening some non weight bearing walls, stucco repair, recessed lighting, painting) and already booked him and his crew to come back to do more work already. Eulises is so responsible, very flexible & collaborative, Knowledgeable, gives fair pricing and he always has someone from his crew on the job side everyday. Our bathrooms went from bleh to amazing and we have had so many compliments & others ask for Eulises’s contact info for future projects of their own. We don’t normally leave reviews but we know how hard it is to find good contractors & Eulises and his crew have exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to work with him and his crew on our next projects (laundry room & interior/exterior house painting). Eulises can do it all if you need it (electrical, plumbing, tile, stucco, roofing, flooring, etc) and he does all the work very detailed orientation which is why we keep using him and his crew because we normally do our own work because we typically can’t find work better and more reliable than we can do it! I should also note that both my wife and I come from family that are in the general construction trade and have flipped several homes and we have done mostly all of our own work, but Eulises is work is superior to our and gives very fair pricing that we feel very confident and comfortable with. We really cannot say enough about how pleasant Eulises’s himself is and how amazing his work is. Hope the before and after pictures (just including the bathrooms) help someone out there, as you can see our baths were really bleh & we love the marble! Thank you Eulises so much for the excellent work!!! -Matt”

“We recently completed a kitchen remodel with Nova Construction, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, their team was professional, responsive, and attentive to every detail. The quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations. They transformed our outdated kitchen into a beautiful, modern space that is both functional and inviting. The crew was punctual, respectful of our home, and kept the work area clean throughout the project. Communication was excellent, and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. The project was completed on schedule, and the finished product reflects their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Nova Construction to anyone considering a kitchen remodel or home renovation. Their expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thank you for doing such an amazing job!”
