“If youre looking for a trustworthy general contractor near me, I highly recommend Inspired Builders.”

“They were very professional and very detailed. Excellent communicator and they take pride in the work they do. Alex was a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend them to all.”

“Incredible team to work with for your general contracting needs. Prompt and thorough communication and responses - from providing initial estimates to progress updates throughout the project and milestone completion timelines. Quality work - addressed our needs and incorporated our requests as we discovered new issues along the way, one example being unexpected dry rot in the framing of our garage. Timely in the completion of the work and in coordination with our electrician who was also doing some work. They worked with us on a schedule that was ideal for all parties involved. Will definitely keep this crew in my phone book for my next project. Appreciate you guys!”

“With regard to the actual contracted service, Santos Montes took lead on my project. He was responsive, communicated thoroughly throughout, and is clearly both very skilled and meticulous. Daily, he left the job site clean and was very respectful of my home. On the final day of the project, the principal visited the job site to check the status/quality of work and to assess my satisfaction with the work performed. I am completely satisfied with the results of my project and would do business again with Guardian without hesitation.”

“I wanted to give a shout-out to Ari and the team at Electra Construction. They completed our entire ADU project from A to Z, including the foundation, roofing, kitchen, bathroom, driveway, and every detail in between. The communication was excellent, the pricing was fair, the crew was professional, and everything was completed on time. We couldn’t be happier with the final result. If you’re looking for a contractor for an ADU or a full home renovation, I highly recommend Ari and Electra Construction!”
