“David and his team were throughly professional and did an excellent job in building a deck for us. He was very responsive in answering all of my phone calls with questions about the project, and at times even following up with texts about the work to be done the following day. Job was completed on time despite us changing few details of the project midway. Highly recommended Defersol Building Contractor and will be hiring them for future projects.”

“Harrod Home Construction is truly a great company. Every person we dealt with from start to finish was polite, professional, Efficient, excelled at their job and was genuinely good people. They cared about us as both people and clients! I definitely recommend using these guys on my next remodel! Thanks Chris & Michael!”

“Alex & Fernando's team were reliable and did high quality work for our garage upgrade. They upgraded our electrical, installed electric car charger, attic and wall insulation, and very high quality paint job. They took care of our small needs and went beyond what we had scoped within the project. All the workers were professional and respectful to us, and kept the area tidy and clean. Alex and Fernando were very easy to communicate with and were honest about estimate, and made sure that there were no surprises during the project.”

“Myles worked on our kitchen/dining remodel project. We had a good experience with him and would hire/recommend him for future home projects.Pros:1. He's been a sincere and disciplined contractor for us. Someone who is tidy and maintains his tools very well.2. His strength was showing up on time on the days he would be working (he would be at the door before/at 9 am).3. He would clean up the work area every evening before calling it a day.4. He always picked up his phone and kept the communication channel open.5. Good at budgeting; no hidden costs or surprises.6. He was super mindful of the demolition and nail gun noises (around our 7-month-old baby). The project wouldn't have been possible otherwise.Cons:1. Electrical work isn't his strength; it took him multiple iterations to run the wiring and secure electrical connections.2. He was unable to secure painters till the end of the project and didn't even do it himself when his painter contact fell through. We ended up painting the walls ourselves at the last minute.3. During the kitchen cabinet installation, he asked us to install the cabinet doors, which was extra work for us.4. He dragged the project towards the end; it took a good amount of time to complete the tail end of the project.”

“I hired Gabe to replace a deck for me in my pool house. I thought it was going to super challenging because the deck is on the second story, but Gabe knocked it out in few a days from tear down to finish product. And it looks beautiful! I only wish I hired him for my other deck That was done before this one.”
