“I reached out on Thumbtack and someone got back to me within a day to get the details of my project. We did an initial walkthrough a few days later and I received a quote within a week. The project was small and not a lot of construction companies take smaller jobs. We needed cabinets cut out and a dishwasher installed, and a custom door for an outdoor shed/office. We ended up adding a garbage disposal install to the project and they were flexible and fair with pricing. Communication was great throughout and I had a text thread with the GC and a project coordinator. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and we’re happy with how everything turned out. We will definitely work with Concretum on future house projects.”

“After interviewing three contractors we hired SkyBar Construction to remodel a very old, builder grade hall bathroom. Bar came by and gave us a thorough bid. He answered all my questions. He is super knowledgeable. Showed us pics of previous remodels. Even though the other two contractors were great there was just something about Bar that made him a front runner immediately! He is so personable and easy to work with. His bid came back within the price we were comfortable with. His team is first rate! Everyone associated with SkyBar Construction is EXCELLANT. Shout out to Pablo!! Pablo had a very tough job on our bathroom that nothing was built square. Super challenging! He and his team worked like it was their own home. If you are lucky enough to have SkyBar Construction remodel or build your home know they will do a great job. We are beyond pleased from bid to final completion. Bar was always available for every question. Very transparent about payment. Also as a side note the team is very pet friendly! My dog Buster absolutely loved all the team. I think they might need to just come by for Buster! If youre looking for a contractor you will not regret hiring SkyBar Construction. 5 stars!”

“I couldnt be happier with Noam and Roi from Clear Design & Build. We did our full house remodel interior and exterior, I would be lying if I said it went perfectly. We did have several snags along the way.It did take time to get our permits longer than expected but Clear Design & Build team really took charge and made sure that nothing would fall through the cracks and stayed on top of it with the city.Every step of the way they were there to guide us and make sure we are aware of all the moving parts. We are happy with how our remodeling project turned out the team preforming the work on site were incredible!! The attention to details and mostly the communication with Noam and Roi was just amazing!I was soo happy to recommend Clear Design & Build to all my Family, friends and neighbors!”

“We recently hired Nova Construction for a garage conversion project so our teenage son could have his own private living space, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, detailed, and truly cared about the quality of the work. The conversion came out absolutely amazing — clean, modern, and built with great attention to detail. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free for our family. My wife and son are both extremely happy with the new unit, and it honestly exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a reliable and talented construction company in the Bay Area, I highly recommend Nova Construction!”

“We were impressed with the dedication, hard work, creativity, and exceptional communication skills Kirk brought to our remodeling project. Our cottage was built in 1915 and presented a number of unexpected challenges during the course of the project. Kirk was consistently thoughtful and resourceful in his approach to dealing with these challenges and we are quite happy with the outcome. We have received numerous compliments from our neighbors on our rebuilt front wall and the repairs to our front deck. We would definitely work with Kirk and VYD Construction again.”

“Felt very confident about the quality of work and his ability to solve problems as they presented themselves. Beautiful tile work.”
