“When we bought our 1970s fixer-upper, we knew we had a massive undertaking ahead of us, but finding the right general contractor felt daunting. We chose Skybar Construction after interviewing four different companies, and it was hands down the best decision we made. From our initial walkthrough, Anthony stood out. He didnt just nod along; he offered realistic structural advice, caught potential load-bearing complications early, and broke down the cost projections line by line. Over the six-month gut renovation, Anthony and his crew completely transformed the house: removing partition walls for an open floor plan, rewiring the electrical, installing hardwood throughout, and finishing every room with immaculate trim work. What impressed us most was the communication. If an unexpected pipe or outdated framing issue came up, Anthony called with solutions and clear pricing before taking a single step forward. The job site was swept daily, the subcontractors were respectful, and we moved in right on schedule. If you want a builder who treats your home like his own, call Anthony at Skybar.”

“Incredible team to work with for your general contracting needs. Prompt and thorough communication and responses - from providing initial estimates to progress updates throughout the project and milestone completion timelines. Quality work - addressed our needs and incorporated our requests as we discovered new issues along the way, one example being unexpected dry rot in the framing of our garage. Timely in the completion of the work and in coordination with our electrician who was also doing some work. They worked with us on a schedule that was ideal for all parties involved. Will definitely keep this crew in my phone book for my next project. Appreciate you guys!”

“Working with Roi and his team was a great experience from start to finish. The construction quality matched exactly what I had envisioned my design plans were followed precisely and the results exceeded my expectations. What really set Roi apart was his proactive support throughout the permitting process. Dealing with the city can be stressful and time-consuming, but his team stayed on top of every follow-up, which helped us reach final inspection ahead of schedule. That level of dedication made a huge difference.Highly recommend Roi for anyone looking for a contractor who is responsive, reliable, and truly invested in getting the job done right. I'll definitely be working with him again on my next project!”

“He hasn’t started the work yet, but my other plumber I found on here bailed on me. Just didn’t show up. I had to reschedule because my other contractors were late a week so left work for 2 days before my new tenant was to move in. I contacted Juniors at midnight on a Thursday, he responded at 6am, we talked to the job and he gave me an estimate and agreed to start work at 8am on Saturday. His communication was clear and quick and is saving me. Amazing.”

“With regard to the actual contracted service, Santos Montes took lead on my project. He was responsive, communicated thoroughly throughout, and is clearly both very skilled and meticulous. Daily, he left the job site clean and was very respectful of my home. On the final day of the project, the principal visited the job site to check the status/quality of work and to assess my satisfaction with the work performed. I am completely satisfied with the results of my project and would do business again with Guardian without hesitation.”
