“I hired HIC builders to help me remodel a condo in Burbank. I was set up with Liz who overlooked and helped guide me through every step. We redid the flooring and modernized the bathrooms and kitchen. Liz is incredible! Always answered her phone, and really helped me every step of the way since this was all new to me. They did a phenomenal job and I could not be happier to have chosen to work with them. Thank you guys for everything!”

“My siblings and I decided to remodel our parents house so it would be safer and more comfortable for them, and Top Family Construction helped make that happen. The project was pretty extensive new kitchen cabinets, updated bathrooms, new flooring, lighting, and some layout changes. James did a great job coordinating everything and making sure our parents understood what was happening each step of the way. The workers were respectful and very considerate since my parents were living in the home during most of the project. The transformation is really impressive and the house finally feels bright and updated!”

“Before departing, they also ensured that the workspace was cleaned up.”

“I couldn’t be happier with my bathroom tile installation. The craftsmanship is outstanding although glass tiles are not the easiest ones to work with. They were professional, on time, and very respectful of my home.”
