“We were in a desperate situation after another contractor abandoned our full home renovation, leaving us with extensive structural and safety concerns, that demanded expert intervention. When we first approached YNK Construction, we had lost all faith in contractors. YNK not only took on our very challenging project but rebuilt our home into a safe, livable, and beautiful space. The previous contractor's work required complex reverse engineering and permit updates. YNK stepped in to professionally help us identify and address options as it related to structural issues and downstream implications to permits, working transparently on changes both inside and outside the original scope of work (as we uncovered more and more). Most impressively, they completed the project both on time and on budget.YNK doesn't take shortcuts. They do things right, working carefully within our budget and taking genuine care of our family. This approach was exactly what we needed to rebuild our trust in (frankly) people. And trust, in my view, is priceless.Luis, in particular, was exceptionala great project manager, very hands on and understanding. Please consider YNK Construction for your next project.”

“We did a full backyard remodel with Beyond Remodeling, outdoor kitchen, pergola, deck, turf, and pavers and honestly, it completely changed how we use our home. Gili was very involved in the planning and gave us suggestions that made a big difference, especially with the layout and flow of the space. The crew showed up consistently, kept things clean, and paid attention to the details (which we really appreciated). There were a couple small adjustments along the way, but they handled everything professionally and without stress. Now our backyard feels like an extension of our home. If youre looking for a contractor for outdoor living, hardscape, turf, or pavers, they really know what theyre doing!!”

“We recently completed a full home and backyard remodel with ValueCrafters Remodeling, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.Taking on a project this size can be stressful, but Doron and his team made the entire process feel organized and manageable. Communication was excellent throughout the project. We always knew what was happening, what was coming next, and if any decisions were needed from us.The quality of the work really stands out. From the interior renovation to the backyard transformation, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. The crew was respectful, kept the job site clean, and showed up consistently. What impressed us most was that they genuinely cared about the final result, not just finishing the job. Doron was involved, available when needed, and always focused on finding solutions rather than creating problems. Our home and outdoor space look completely different now, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. If you're looking for a contractor who communicates well, delivers quality work, and follows through on their promises, I highly recommend ValueCrafters Remodeling.”

“Seeing is believing. We needed a bathroom remodel to replace the original construction which was in desperate need of a remodel. We retained DS Legend and chose a walk-in shower with a bench and alcove for toiletries. We added new fixtures as well. Everyone who has seen it thinks it's beautiful and it is consistent with other remodels we've seen in Bay Ho. Both the project manager and business manager were responsive and helpful and the project was completed on time! We are very pleased with the result.”

“Ilan went above and beyond to be available at any time of day. When hiccups occurred(as always in construction) he was there immediately to offer a solution and make it even better!”

“Contacted Dan because I was unsatisfied with another, bigger contracting company in Carlsbad who did our drawings and permits. A few things he does far better than any other contractors we contacted (we received quotes from several, big to small):- Dan and DMB work on smaller batches of projects at a time making you feel like the top priority. The bigger contractors made me feel like just another number in the queue.- He's has very high integrity and strong communication. If you have a problem, he hears you out on your concerns and works really hard to make it right. Before signing anything with him, he spent hours with my family and I to hear what we wanted and provided honest consultation.- They weren't the cheapest bid I received, but they did it at a great price at top quality. Additionally, Dan has a good eye for design and can offer up some suggestions on classic looks/trends with things like tile, colors, patterns and cabinetry. His team even went above and beyond to clean up our messy backyard for us which we couldn't get to cleaning because of a family member's injury. These guys are genuinely good guys, and we are completely satisfied and utterly thrilled with Dan's work. I'd recommend him to friends, family, in laws, even my boss. Our future house projects will definitely be with DMB Builders.”
