“We hired a2z builders to add a 3/4 bathroom to our 1900 home, and we managed the entire project from out of state. They made that surprisingly easy. The team helped us with selections, gave us timely updates, and checked in with us before any change or decision. Adam, one of our project managers, was a pleasure to work with: responsive, organized, and easy to communicate with. The finished bathroom looks great, and the craftsmanship shows. They also went above and beyond at the end. When the adjoining dining room needed some paint and trim work to tie everything together, they took care of it on their own because they wanted the finished result to be right. That saved us a long drive and a weekend of DIY. An old house always comes with surprises, and they handled every one professionally. We’d recommend them without hesitation.”

“They did a great job. The porch is perfectly level and looks good. They also cleaned up well afterwards.”

“Rick finished a bedroom in the basement for me. From studs to drywall, insulation, tape and mud, texture, baseboards, window, closet, electrical, carpet. Superb quality of work. Very impressive solutions to issues with in-casing pipes, lines, ect., and yet creating access to essential components. His work was well thought through, creative, and he always involved us in the decision making. I am very happy with the results, and I strongly recommend him for your projects.”

“I would like to thank Allen and his team for building my covered porch. They completed the project in less than a month, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’d also like to give special thanks to Roy. He is genuinely kind, hardworking, and professional. He installed the roof, cleaned up my backyard, and even helped adjust my sprinkler system. If you’re looking for an honest, reliable, and professional contractor, I highly recommend Allen at One Way Roofing & Remodeling. After getting several estimates and doing my research, I chose One Way Roofing & Remodeling because everything about Allen and his business was professional and legitimate. Since I wanted the project done correctly and up to code, obtaining the proper permits was very important to me. Allen handled the city permits, design approvals, and HOA paperwork, ensuring everything was completed correctly and giving me peace of mind throughout the process. Unlike other contractors who said permits were unnecessary or told me to obtain them myself, Allen took care of everything from start to finish. For anyone planning a similar project, permits should generally be obtained by the contractor performing the work, not the homeowner, unless the homeowner is completing the construction themselves. Overall, I had a great experience with Allen, Roy, and the entire One Way Roofing & Remodeling team. Their professionalism, honesty, and commitment to doing the job right made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a porch cover, roofing, or remodeling project.”

“BAB construction is very professional and responsible. They have been in business for a very long time and very good at their jobs.”

“Brian ran my gas line to my kitchen so I can get a gas range, and to my patio so we can build a fireplace outside. He is full of great ideas, has an amazing amount of experience and does so much more than just plumbing. We will be hiring him for quite a few jobs!!!”
