“We hired Moses and the crew at Smart Builders to finish our basement, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. From the very first meeting, Moses walked us through the entire process step by step. He took detailed measurements, shared creative ideas, helped with the design, and even invited us to their showroom to choose cabinets, countertops, and finishes that matched our vision. What we appreciated most was how they customized the project around our ideas and style while providing professional guidance throughout the process. The team communicated clearly, worked efficiently, and kept the project moving forward. Payments were divided into stages, making the process easy to follow and manage. Like many remodeling projects, we made several changes and upgrades along the way. Moses worked with us on the pricing of those changes, was transparent about costs, and helped us find solutions that fit our budget. We felt the additional work was priced fairly, and we were very happy with how everything was handled. The crew was professional, respectful, and genuinely cared about the quality of their work. They also completed several extra items along the way without hesitation, showing their commitment to customer satisfaction. We are extremely happy with our finished basement and would highly recommend Moses and Smart Builders to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy remodeling contractor.”

“AWESOME is the only word that captures the work A2Z Builders did on my master bathroom and basement stairs. Both spaces desperately needed upgrades, and after researching local contractors and gathering several bids, A2Z Builders stood out with a reasonable estimate that fit my budget. I chose them because I wanted Architectural Digest–level design and craftsmanship — and they delivered. The basement stairs were in rough shape: worn carpet, damaged treads, scratched baseboards, cracked drywall, and poor lighting. I asked for something artistic to replace the eyesore, and they created a beautiful, striking transformation. For the master bathroom, I wanted heated tile floors instead of carpet, a refinished vanity, wallpaper removal, and repairs to water damaged drywall. The results are stunning. Every visitor who sees the remodeled bathroom and stairs responds with an enthusiastic WOW. The entire team was courteous, professional, and genuinely invested in bringing my vision to life. Working with A2Z Builders was a pleasure from start to finish.”

“Daniel painted my house and did my floor. I am happy with his work.”

“I hired Dominion Construction to complete a basement unit with 2bd/1bath, full kitchen, with a terrace level walkout access, with laundry room and storage space. Unlike the experiences of many of my friends, mine was very pleasant. Tewodros (Teddy) was very professional. From his project proposal to each deliverable, he showed up above and beyond. The choices of materials such as flooring, cabinets, electrical and other fixtures were of very impressive quality. He was very flexible to make changes in terms of design, material and time frames. I have had a couple of family emergencies during the project; however, Teddy took care of the project by closely monitoring the ground work, while keeping me in the loop. I ended up giving his company additional projects including landscaping, exterior and other expansion work. Not only that he was great, his team like framers, tile, countertop, plumbing and paint people did an amazing job. If you appreciate integrity, honesty, punctuality and smooth communication on your next project, Teddy and his team are your guys. It is with so much joy that I recommend Dominion to your next construction and consultancy project.”

“For anyone planning a similar project, permits should generally be obtained by the contractor performing the work, not the homeowner, unless the homeowner is completing the construction themselves. Overall, I had a great experience with Allen, Roy, and the entire One Way Roofing & Remodeling team. Their professionalism, honesty, and commitment to doing the job right made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a porch cover, roofing, or remodeling project.”
