“I hired LAB as a general contractor for my townhome rental. The tenants left it an absolute disaster and I needed it all repaired before I could put it on the market for sale. My property is 1400 sq feet which he and his team painted the interior in its entirety (walls, cabinets, trim, etc), fixed holes, installed a new carpet, and handled other odd jobs within the unit. And he did it all in just a few weeks, meeting my timeline. I was not only able to get on the market in time but I also received offers within just a few days of going live. LAB’s communication is top tier…he kept me updated throughout the entire process and also answered any question I had immediately despite me being 3 hours behind his time zone. No matter what time I reached out, he was always responsive. The painting, carpentry, deep cleaning, and just his work in general is of high quality. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and competitively priced contractor.”

“Great job quality and a lot of responsibility an excellent professional”

“I made the right decision and choosing dynamic design and remodeling. My bathroom was gutted and the tub was replaced with a walk-in shower fully equipped to meet my needs as a disabled person. The tile on the floor and the shower came out fantastic. Thanks to Alexander and Angel for all the work they performed”

“Frank did an addition to the house and completely remodeled the old kitchen and bathrooms as well. Re-Framed and rebuilt the whole garage without any hesitation on what work needed to be done! Work and craftsmanship is second to none. I recommend his work to anyone interested in his services”

“Water damage from a storm leaked through my ceiling. Tania helped with my insurance company, handling claims, and rather than patching, replaced the entire roof. What a great job. I continued the work by replacing all rotted wood and trim and finally painting the entire house. Cannot recommend this company enough. Ethical, professional, reliable, exceptional work. 100%, A+ in my book!! Give them a try for any contract work estimate. You, too, will be impressed.”

“Three workers came this morning and did a good job removing the old roofing and the damaged rafters. It's now 2 pm on Saturday and heavy rain has stopped work. My comment yesterday were too brief and taken out of oontext are vemry unfair to For U Builders. I wrongfully answered a query from Tumbtack with the impression that it was only an updated comment on the status, and not the actual final preview. I would have preferred doing the final review at the end of all work. However, I want to edit and correct what was originally printed as my review at once. Importantly this company gave me a very good price for doing this difficult work and I apologize for having made my review in a too brief a manner that distorted reality. Certainly with all of the rain we have been getting it must be very difficult if not impossible to schedule all outside work. I would have preferred to make a final review at the end of all work, however on wanted to fix my brief initial review comments ASAP.”
