“What an amazing experience to work with an intelligent and professional general contractor! We’re still in the planning phase of our project, but I already feel so confident and happy about choosing Niv. From the start, the communication has been clear, responsive, and thoughtful. Every detail is carefully considered, and I can truly see how much experience and professionalism is behind each recommendation. Niv has taken the time to understand our vision, made smart suggestions we hadn’t thought of, and have been incredibly organized throughout the process. Planning can often feel overwhelming, but they’ve made it easy and even enjoyable. I’m genuinely excited to move into the next phase of the work knowing we’re in such good hands.”

“Omar did a great job asking all the right question prior to coming to the job to be prepared. He communicated well and got the job done In a timely manner”

“I highly recommend Prime Build Group and Santiago for any construction or outdoor living project. From the very beginning, Santiago and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, honesty, and clear communication. They provided a detailed estimate, developed a high-level design concept, and took the time to walk me through every aspect of the project before work began. They also provided a complete bill of materials (BOM), a realistic project timeline, and sourced high-quality materials to ensure the gazebo was built correctly and to last. Throughout the project, Santiago kept me informed with regular status updates and was always available to answer questions. The workmanship was outstanding, and it was evident that the team takes pride in doing things the right way rather than taking shortcuts. What impressed me most was their attention to detail, transparency, project management, and commitment to quality from start to finish. The gazebo exceeded my expectations, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. If you are looking for a reliable, honest, and highly professional contractor, I would confidently recommend Prime Build Group and Santiago. They delivered exactly what they promised and did an excellent job.”
