“Prime Construct US – Highly Recommended We had an excellent experience with Prime Construct US for our full interior home remodeling in Palm Bay. The project included mold mitigation, remodeling of two bathrooms, replacing carpet with vinyl flooring, new baseboards, interior painting, and replacement of exterior windows and doors. One of our biggest challenges was finding a licensed company to replace the windows, and Prime Construct US handled everything smoothly. They completed the window replacement in record time, with great efficiency and attention to detail. The team was professional, reliable, and very organized throughout the entire process. Communication was clear, timelines were respected, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, licensed, and efficient remodeling company, I highly recommend Prime Construct US. — Kai Shing, Palm Bay”

“I was considering making an offer on a house that was built in 1953, definitely a fixer-upper! Since I am a 70-year-old single woman, I needed to be sure the project would be feasible for me. Jim has impressive experience in many areas of construction, but took the time to analyze the home with my needs and skills in mind, since he had seen my previous projects. He has helped me with various aspects of the remodel, and I would highly recommend him for his abilities, integrity, work ethic, and reasonable pricing.”
