“I find that working with Precision Home and Remodeling is going well. He listens to what I have to say and follows through. He arrives when he says he will and answers texts quickly. I do not have a finished date but that is because of delays in getting what this project needs. Easy to work with.”

“They did an excellent job remodeling our fireplace. They were professional, dependable, and paid close attention to detail from start to finish. Communication was great, the work was completed on time, and the final result completely transformed our space. Beautiful craftsmanship. Highly recommend their small business! :)”

“Gregg and his son did floorboards and door frames for us after we redid our flooring. They look great! Even the painters that came in later said so.”

“Colin moved and installed a light fixture in my dining room. He had to retexture the ceiling. He also repaired a wall crack in my kitchen. You cannot tell where he repaired either location. His work was seamless. If you need electrical, repair, painting, or texture work, I would hire him in a second! He came prepared with all the supplies necessary, was quiet, and worked efficiently to maximize his time on the job. A very pleasant person with good suggestions and attention to detail. I really can't say enough about Colin and his work ethic! I will contract with him for future projects.”

“Cody finished my unfinished basement like a freaking pro!!! Pricing was good and his work was even better. Thank you so much cody for making it easy!!!”

“Comfort Expert Builders came out to add a half bathroom. All the work from beginning to finish went by smoothly. Few walls had to be demolished, few walls added, plumbing, electrical, flooring, tile....great job! Really satisfied, and would definitely recommend CEB”
