“Dry Effect came out to remove mold under our kitchen sink. They replaced the drywall, sealed the flooring and put a new flooring (bottom) under the sink. They also put in a new sink I had purchased to replace my leaking one. They were prompt, professional, and very friendly. I am very satisfied with all the work they did. I will definitely recommend Dry Effect to anybody I know! ”

“5/22/2006 edit:Finally talked to project manager today and am satisfied with the resolution of the matter. Bumped to 4 stars; there were some good things and bad things on this project but overall they did a good job of making things right. But their communication needs work. Its ironic that bath solutions had following on their review request page: If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us directly. We would appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns and make things right.Thats what Ive tried to do for last two weeks, communicate. But crickets. We ordered a complete bathroom redo, with a 2-sink, QUARTZ countertop. But they ordered a single sink. We agreed to let them start work while a 2nd countertop was made. Things were mostly fine, but when job was done and payment made, we found out countertop was marble, which is harder to take care of, and not quartz.Last email I got from project manager said hed talk to owner. That was two weeks ago.The one star is for the installer, who did a great job.”

“My husband & I are having our bathroom remodeled and couldn’t speak highly enough about Footprints! Ben & his team are so professional, personable, and he really went the extra mile to work with our family’s crazy schedule. I could tell he truly cared about the quality of work and making sure we were happy with the finished product. I highly recommend Footprints and will be calling them for another home renovation project in the future!”

“We recently hired Lev with Koni Construction to remodel our basement and bathroom at our Airbnb, “Riverside Storybook Cottage”, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible job he did. What started as a simple renovation turned into a full transformation with plenty of unexpected challenges—Lev added a brand-new full bathroom, a custom bar, a welcoming entrance area, laundry room, and a cozy family room in our basement space. Because our home is older, it came with its own unique challenges—unlevel areas, unexpected issues behind the walls, and even water intrusion. Lev didn’t just power through the obstacles; he problem-solved with complete professionalism, recommending specialized contractors to waterproof our basement before continuing so the job was done the right way, not the fast way. What truly sets Lev apart is his honesty, transparency, and commitment to staying within budget. He kept us updated every single step of the way and made decisions as if it were his own home. He even put in extra labor at his own expense when needed—including working an all-nighter one time just to keep the project moving forward and ensure we stayed on track. We were honestly nervous about hiring a contractor after hearing so many horror stories from others. But Lev and his team proved to be everything we hoped for and more—trustworthy, reliable, hardworking, and true to their word. They get the job done and get it done well. If you’re looking for a contractor you can count on—and one who will treat your project with integrity and care—Lev and Koni Construction are the team you want. Highly, highly recommend!”
