Quentin P. says, “I recently had my master bathroom completely remodeled and repaired by Preferred Estates Co, Installed a new Central air unit, hot water tank, painted and other things done in my rental property as well and I cannot recommend them highly enough. My bathroom had been left in poor condition by a previous contractor, with significant plumbing issues and subpar craftsmanship. Preferred Estates Co not only corrected these problems but far exceeded my expectations in every aspect of their work. From the initial consultation, their professionalism was evident. They took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly assessed the damage caused by the previous contractor. They provided a clear, detailed estimate and outlined a step-by-step plan for the repairs and remodeling, ensuring that I understood every aspect of the process. Their team was punctual, respectful, and highly skilled. The plumbing issues, which had previously caused constant leaks and water damage, were resolved with precision and care. The quality of their work was outstanding, from the perfectly aligned tiles to the flawless installation of fixtures. They also incorporated innovative design ideas that transformed the space into a luxurious and functional retreat. What truly stood out was their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. They communicated regularly, kept the workspace clean, and ensured that the project was completed on time and within budget. Their attention to detail and dedication to doing the job right the first time are rare qualities in this industry. I am beyond thrilled with the final result. Preferred Estates Co turned a stressful situation into a seamless and enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for a company that values integrity, quality, and customer care, look no further. They have my highest recommendation.”
