“I recently had a problem as the condo unit above had a water leak that damaged my recently renovated bathroom ceiling. As the renovation was only one year old, it was important to me that the repair be done well and the ceiling look as good as new. Ken and Element Properties was excellent throughout the process. He was detailed and precise during the bid stage, providing me with a very clear quote of the time and cost to make the repair. Ken was very responsive throughout, showed up as arranged, appeared both days on time and worked very efficiently, minimizing any disruption to the rest of my home. He completely cleaned the work area and made sure I was completely satisfied before concluding his work.I was very impressed by Element Properties, LLC and their professionalism. I would gladly work with them again in the future.”

“He took great pride in his work, and it really shows in the finished product. We absolutely love how it turned out and would highly recommend Francisco to anyone looking for exceptional craftsmanship and quality work!”
