“significant accident occurred on the last day, damaging both the shower door and the tub, Raphael took full ownership and redid the entire project at no additional financial cost to us. We appreciated the accountability. That said, the quality of the second installation did not match the first. The original tile work was excellent. The redo was noticeably uneven by comparison. For a project of this size and cost, thats hard to overlook.Wed consider working with Raphael again given his communication, integrity, and thorough cleaning post-project, but wed want assurance that the quality of the first attempt is what shows up and stays.”

“So happy to have Alex and Niko to be part of my addition project. They are both professional, punctual and reliable, they even helped find and fix a few problems left by my previous contractor team. Great team, will hire again.”

“Wellesley did a great job with a complicated entryway tiling job. There were a couple unforeseen issues post install and David came back to resolve without needless prodding. Plesure to work with.”

“I am thrilled with my new patio! The team at Modern House Construction was professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. I shared my vision for the project and they provided me with recommendations that made it even better and within budget. The team was responsive and flexible. I would recommend Modern House Construction if you are looking for high quality patio work.”

“Ricky and his team were a pleasure to work with. As a first time home owner, I was nervous about starting such a large project -- kitchen and master bedroom renovations. From day one, Ricky sat down with me to fully understand my goals and dreams for these spaces and went over everything in detail, from budgeting to timeline. Immediately, I was impressed with his professionalism and scope of knowledge. Ricky and his team have great work ethic and made this project as easy as a major renovation could be. He also was responsive to all my emails, texts, and calls. My favorite thing was while renovating the master bedroom, Ricky and his team discovered original hardwood floors that date back over 100 years to when the home was built. He quickly put together an updated quote and provided me with the option to have the floors refinished vs. laying down carpet (which is what I was originally thinking). Ricky worked with my budget and refinished and stained the original hardwood floors, which has quickly become my favorite thing about my home. In short, I would recommend Ricky for all home renovation projects and definitely plan on working with his team again in the near future.”

“Gabriel and the BuildWise Construction team did an excellent job adding a dormer and finishing the space above my garage. The project was completed in September, and I am extremely satisfied with the final result. From the first visit to the final walkthrough, everything was handled in a professional and organized way. Communication was clear, the timeline was respected, and the attention to detail really stood out. The new dormer blends perfectly with the original house, and the finished space feels bright, comfortable, and very well built. This project truly transformed our home and added noticeable value. I am very happy with the quality of the work and the overall experience, and I would confidently recommend BuildWise Construction to anyone considering a similar project.”
