“We appreciated the accountability. That said, the quality of the second installation did not match the first. The original tile work was excellent. The redo was noticeably uneven by comparison. For a project of this size and cost, thats hard to overlook.Wed consider working with Raphael again given his communication, integrity, and thorough cleaning post-project, but wed want assurance that the quality of the first attempt is what shows up and stays.”

“We inquired about adding on to our deck for a hot tub installation and ended up with a luxurious entertaining space we will use for years to come. I was impressed with the ideas they brought forth that ended up being perfect for the job and things we would not have thought of. On top of that, they were responsive, clean, polished and professional. And we are generally super picky! We’ve already had them quote additional interior projects for our home and going forward, they will be our go-to team for any remodeling efforts we pursue. In fact, we are putting together a list! ☺️ I highly recommend giving the team at Maitland an opportunity to quote your project.”

“We have gotten so many compliments on how incredible the new deck and shed addition look! When we went to list our house on the market, multiple people who put offers on the house had mentioned how impressed they were with the deck/shed renovation. It ended up being a huge selling point of our house, and we believe that the quality of Rob's work was very obvious to anyone visiting the house. We have recommended Rob to many of our friends who have all had very similar experiences working with him. 100% would recommend!!!”

“Installed new faucet. Works great. Also, he is a VERY safe driver”

“I had them install a door and they were on time, respectful, did good work, and cleaned up after. Thank you very much!”

“The work was finished on time and all areas were left clean.”
