“We had an excellent experience with Prime Open KY and Kairat. We originally contacted them just to get a quote for replacing one window. The pricing was very reasonable, and after talking with Kairat and seeing how knowledgeable and responsive he was, we decided to expand the project to replace the windows throughout our entire house. Kairat arranged the window order and shipment very quickly, and his team completed 26 windows and doors in about two weeks. The quality of the installation was excellent. What impressed me most was Kairat’s communication and attention to detail. He is very responsive, takes responsibility when something needs to be addressed, and always tries to find a good solution. He genuinely cares about his customers and makes sure the work is done properly. We are very happy with the final result and would definitely work with Kairat and his team again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for window or door installation.”

“We needed a new door jamb as our previous framing had rotted, leaving the front door and storm door loose and unable to close. Valderrama gave me a quote and resolved the problem within a day. The new framing came out great and the doors close smoothly! I definitely recommend for any woodworking project.”

“I live in a small, multi-unit condo association in a historic neighborhood, and John Tacey has completed numerous projects both in my building and in my unit—from rebuilding a foundation wall and a fence to installing a chimney cap and a microwave. He has a breadth of skills, and his experience and knowledge are wide-ranging. John is also responsive and cognizant about addressing the priorities of multiple owners as well as requirements that may be applicable within our historic district. I’ve also appreciated his ability to think “outside the box” and explain options and concerns in easy-to-understand terms. Most importantly, John stands by his work. Especially for this reason, I can easily recommend him for a wide scope of projects, large and small.”
