“And we are generally super picky! We’ve already had them quote additional interior projects for our home and going forward, they will be our go-to team for any remodeling efforts we pursue. In fact, we are putting together a list! ☺️ I highly recommend giving the team at Maitland an opportunity to quote your project.”

“Signature Series Construction delivered outstanding performance for our major home renovation. From dumpster delivery to final powerwashing, Rob Zeuli, personable and professional, orchestrated a masterful execution of our vision while contributing his own enhancements to design and detail. Good communication; timely arrival of crews and supplies; close management of materials, demo debris, and daily cleanup at end of day; excellent sub-contractors; and innovative solutions to challenges discovered along the way have yielded a finished product which is a work of art. We could not be more pleased. Joe B.”

“The contract was thorough and he was very communicative through out the whole process. He literally called and sent videos of anything that came up that was unexpected. My mother's deck is now beautiful and more importantly, safe. I will hire him to finish other projects.”

“I’ve already rehired Elsayed to do more work in my home as OSA is a full service general contractor. Hire with absolute confidence!!!”

“The workmanship, professionalism, commitment and value for our bathroom remodel made us feel lucky we found the BEST contractor!”

“His flexibility to get his team onsite to pick up and move the job forward was very much appreciated. His quality was great and the subs were great too.”
