“Cledson did a great job installing crown molding and picture frame molding in my living/dining space. The result came out beautiful. He was responsive to my texts and flexible when I needed to reschedule. The price was very fair in my opinion for the amount of work and time he spent on it. He even went back and changed a couple of things for me when I asked. I highly recommend Cledson's services!”

“I gladly recommend Mark from On The Mark Home Services! A recent nor'easter caused significant damage to our screened-in porch, blowing out several large 10-foot-by-3-foot aluminum screen panels and tearing the screens. This was far from a typical screen repair, especially since the panels were more than 10 feet off the ground. Rather than replacing the entire frames, Mark salvaged and rebuilt the existing aluminum frames, installed new screening, and carefully reinstalled the panels. He ensured that the screens were securely fastened by using longer mounting screws to better protect against future storms. Mark was knowledgeable, thorough, and hardworking. He was careful and committed to doing things right. He turned what could have been an expensive replacement project into a successful repair. I am pleased with the results and recommend him for such repairs!”

“Renato and his team did a great job installing five wood closet doors at our house. They showed up exactly when they said they would and finished the job in half the time despite having to make significant adjustments to several slabs so they would fit. They took care protecting our wood floors during the installation and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. I LOVE how our closets look now! I highly recommend Renato.”

“Aldo did an excellent job on the crown molding part of my kitchen project. There were a bunch of complex angles! He was on time, professional, went above and beyond, and cleaned up after he was done. I'd rate him a 10/10 and I will not hesitate to contact him for all carpentry jobs in the future.”

“We’ve had the Sullivan Company as a partner in improving and maintaining our home since 2006. They built our carriage house, done our big chores and handled numerous repairs and renovations. We have complete confidence in them and wouldn’t consider working with anyone else.”

“Rob Grant completed a small bathroom remodel in my Cambridge condo over a couple of weeks in Dec 2022. The work involved replacement and adjustment of bathroom fixtures (shower, lights, overhead fan). Post-installation finishing work included matching existing paint and replacing portions of drywall. He completed the work very efficiently. Everything works perfectly and looks great. He provided advice on job details that minimized the costs and extent of the renovation, and managed all aspects of materials selection, purchase, pick-up and installation without additional workers. He communicated all aspects of the work clearly and performed all work according to planned schedule and budget, with minimal noise and clean-up (critical for work within a larger condo building). He is easy to work with and took care to understand the details of the fixtures, including use of the color adjustment on the new LED lights to match existing fixtures.Rob has a broad-based background for remodeling projects and I recommend considering him for any scope of work that can be managed and performed solely by him, or with the help of a small crew under his direction.”
