“I called to have them replace a rotted basement window. Although they came a week earlier than planned and had to charge more than estimated based on the level of rot, the did a quality job. Cledson was professional and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them and plan on using them again!”

“We have been very pleased with the work that Rob and his team did to turn one large basement room into two beautifully finished rooms. Throughout the project he was incredibly quick to respond and demonstrated professionalism, craftsmanship and caring. He was punctual and did a great job cleaning up at the end of the project. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others.”

“Truly the work of specialists.”

“We hired Mike and Coastal Building and Remodeling to finish our attic space and connect it to the second floor unit of our house. I would recommend Mike to anyone, communicated every step in the process, made adjustments for us and very professional.”

“He did a great job repairing the drywall on my ceiling. He was very responsive, respectful of my home, and his pricing was fair. I would certainly hire him again!”

“I have known and worked with Conrad Delisio of CDL construction for over 15 years. Mr. Delisio has the elusive combination of professionalism, producing quality construction within a specified schedule and competitive budget. I continue to refer CDL to our clients, and would recommend him to others who are looking for a highly qualified professional builder.
