“A Remodeling Company with True Integrity - They Ensure the Job is Done Right!I recently completed a project including a partial kitchen remodel, two bathroom updates, and the replacement of four sets of brick steps with concrete. While large-scale renovations often have their hurdles, this company proved they are a team you can truly trust to deliver high-quality results. What impressed me was their commitment to excellence. When the initial sub-contractor's work on the concrete steps didn't meet their high standardsappearing uneven and the wrong dimensions - K & M Remodeling didn't hesitate to step up. They remained incredibly positive and reassuring, immediately taking the lead to make it right. They stayed focused on the solution and followed through diligently until the steps were perfectly square, reinforced, and exactly to size.I want to thank you, Ivan, and Vitalii. You are hardworking professionals who clearly take pride in your craftsmanship and are dedicated to ensuring the final product is something I would be happy with for years to come. Its easy to find a contractor who can do the work, but its hard to find one with this level of integrity. They refused to walk away until every detail of my kitchen, bathrooms, and steps was perfect. If you want a team that stands behind their word and ensures a beautiful finished product, no matter what, I highly recommend them! I look forward to working with Ivan and Vitalii from K and M Remodeling Services LLC on future projects I have planned.”

“He then followed up with additional minor touchups without hesitation. All of the work completed by Samuil was great and will use him again in the future. I would recommend him to anyone for future work.”

“These guys were professional and just what we needed. I enjoyed getting to know them and they did the job well.”

“We had Jonathan and his crew make an addition to our deck with a covered patio and stairs to the back yard, and the result was fantastic. Very professional and great value!”

“John built a new door for our playhouse. He came out on time, took measurements, and returned with a completely built door within a couple days. New door is better than the original. Easy guy to work with, highly recommend!”

“Almost a full remodel being done and everything has turned out great! We had popcorn ceilings removed, new flooring throughout the house, new tile showers in 2 bathrooms and a new front door with custom trim work. Kitchen cabinets are being installed this week and can't wait to see it all done! Hendrik is very professional and great to work with and I am very happy with the pricing as well! I will try to add more photos soon.”
