“I recently had a problem as the condo unit above had a water leak that damaged my recently renovated bathroom ceiling. As the renovation was only one year old, it was important to me that the repair be done well and the ceiling look as good as new. Ken and Element Properties was excellent throughout the process. He was detailed and precise during the bid stage, providing me with a very clear quote of the time and cost to make the repair. Ken was very responsive throughout, showed up as arranged, appeared both days on time and worked very efficiently, minimizing any disruption to the rest of my home. He completely cleaned the work area and made sure I was completely satisfied before concluding his work.I was very impressed by Element Properties, LLC and their professionalism. I would gladly work with them again in the future.”

“Granite State Renovators did an amazing job on our basement remodel. Adam and his team were easy to work with, communicated well, and kept everything clean and on schedule. The finished space came out even better than we imagined. Highly recommend them for any home project.”

“Jesse and his team did a full remodel of my garage. The whole process was seamless from beginning to end. The were reliable, flexible, proficient, respectful and made it a priority to get the job done. They approached the job as if they were working in their own home. They did not cut any corners and made sure I was happy before closing out the job. The crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves each day. Would hire again for any project. 5 stars”

“Great work finishing balusters!”

“Kotch Construction built our small addition and updated our kitchen. We were very happy. Great company to work for.”

“When we decided to remodel our master bath and add some touches to our bedroom we didn’t even consider going to anyone else. They’re talented, thorough, made some great suggestions on both projects (barn door, for instance) and were enjoyable to work with. We recommend them without question! Thank you, Zach & Korbin!”
